Dean of the University of Cape Coast School of Business, Prof. John Gatsi, has said that the then President Kufour-led NPP government’s decision to go to the World Bank and IMF for the HIPC Programme in 2001 cannot be blamed on their predecessors.
He also said that the current NPP administration led by President Akufo-Addo cannot deny that they are not receiving any support from the IMF. He made this revelations in an interview on The Watchman Show on Vovoli TV.
